Paul E. Banwell is not only a fully-accredited plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon, but also holds his position as a National Health Service (NHS) Consultant at the Queen Victoria Hospital. Mr. Banwell is on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Plastic Surgery Register, as well as a proud member of the ISAPS, BAPRAS and BAAPS.

Mr. Banwell (FRCS) provides cosmetic surgery in sussex and kent covering the South Coast and in the South-East. Although he performs many types of cosmetic surgery, he specializes in cosmetic breast augmentation, body contouring, advanced skin care procedures, facial rejuvenation and anti-aging methods. Paul also performs procedures to treat scars, moles (with mole check services) and skin cancer.

Mr. Banwell is a Plastic Surgeon Consultant in East Grinstead at the Queen Victoria Hospital where he holds the title as the Director of the newly developed Melanoma and Skin Cancer Unit (MASCU), as well as the Lead Clinician for Skin Cancer. Paul was schooled at the 'Skinners School' in Tunbridge Wells and is happy to be returning back to the area where his close friends and family reside.

Paul Banwell was trained in general plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in London and Oxford. From fellowships at the Brisbane Australia Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital, Paul is also sub-specialized in oncological reconstruction. Mr. Banwell has extensive experience in breast reconstruction, but his real interest lays in the study and treatment of skin cancer. He has a comprehensive background in wound healing and scarring with nearly 50 publications in the field and a Professorship title at the Harvard University Plastic Surgery unit.

He is currently an NHS Consultant at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead and has memberships of European Tissue Repair Society, British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

For an effective running atmosphere, Mr. Banwell has acquired two personal assistants, Jackie Swinard and Kim Harvey to arrange surgery consultations and moderate patient records. He also works with several assistants who aid in his practice of advanced skin care, cosmetic medicine and full support for post-operative patients.

Paul Banwell maintains a personal and friendly approach towards all patients with a great attention to detail and patient's needs. Mr. Banwell provides consultations to patients to inform them on the realistic expectations of their procedures with an honest and expert approach.
